My concrete basement floor is crumbling after first my washing machine leaked then my hot water tank broke, flooding it. I would like to prevent this crumbling from happening again and want to protect the floor to make it as waterproof as possible. The ThermalDry tiles may fit my needs the best. The space is fairly rectangular and open. It is 41' x 26 ft, has a chimney in the middle that is 3'x6', and an extra alcove which is 4'x6.5', making the total open space 1074 sq. ft. I may also be interested in dealing with the walls, which are 8' tall. One 26' section of wall leads to a finished half and will not need new walls. If you also install outdoor doors, the door to the bulkhead leading out needs replacement as well. E-mail is the best way to contact me as I am not always near my phone.

TBF was fantastic right from the start providing step by step guidance on the possibilities and expenses for my basement construction. It certainly helped in our decision process and peace of mind. Once the project started, the design work completion, arranging the town inspectors for initial surveys, electrician work and finally the heavylifting work for the floors, ceiling, panels etc was done professionally, with high quality, on time and was excellently project-managed right till the end to final inspections and sign off. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend TBF to anyone wishing to get your dream basement. Yes, they are slightly expensive than regular individual contractors but the range of services, quality and professionalism is totally worth it.

I highly recommend them. They did a great job with our basement and were very responsive to any issues that came up during the process. Even when there was a discrepancy between what was done and what I remembered being agreed to at the beginning of the project (but not in the contract) they were happy to redo it the way that I wanted and at no extra cost.
